When field agents first register, they will receive a field kit, which will include an instruction manual, t-shirt and other items. The instruction manual will be updated annually.

We will explore technology for facilitating communication and “self organization” by field agents. This may comprise discussion forums, social-networking technology or video conferencing.

We plan to run regional conferences for field agents in the early Summer of each year. These will be great opportunities for field agents to brainstorm, learn from each other, swap stories, socialize and have fun. We will have speakers and provide attendees with the latest information on the initiative.
