What is the legal status of the Global Proxy Exchange and Investor Suffrage Movement?

Currently, the Investor Suffrage Movement is in start-up mode. One of our immediate goals is to incorporate the Global Proxy Exchange as a non-profit. Until we do that, we are an informal initiative. Once the Global Proxy Exchange is incorporated, the Investor Suffrage Movement will continue as the organizing component of the Global Proxy Exchange, so the two entities will legally be one and the same.
