When and how was the Investor Suffrage Movement launched?

The movement was launched in March 2008 by Glyn Holton. He had previously published the concept in the November/December 2006 issue of the Financial Analysts Journal. Glyn provided initial funding for the movement and oversaw the implementation of this website.
